Description
Seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Site Manager to oversee the daily operations. This role is essential to maintaining a productive, safe, and welcoming environment for both employees and visitors. The ideal candidate is hands-on, resourceful, and thrives in a dynamic setting where no task is too small or too big.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors while ensuring compliance with all onsite protocols.
- Manage daily office operations to maintain a smooth and efficient work environment.
- Uphold facility standards by coordinating with building management, utility providers, and ensuring adherence to ITAR and other security regulations.
- Oversee vendor relationships, including selection, budgeting, and coordination for services such as maintenance, cleaning, security, and office improvements.
- Conduct regular office inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Maintain and manage office inventory and supplies.
- Collaborate with the supply chain team to handle shipping, receiving, and tracking of packages.
- Respond to ad hoc operational requests to support overall office functionality.
Qualifications
- Full-time, on-site presence required (5 days per week).
- Hands-on, can-do attitude with a willingness to take initiative and solve problems.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Experience managing office budgets and reconciling expenses.
- Proven organizational skills and ability to follow through on tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proactive problem-solver with a strong sense of ownership.
- Proficiency in standard office software and online tools.
Work Environment:
San Francisco
Monday - Friday 8am-6pm
Compensation:$48
