This position is needed to both own Sr. Director+ requisitions across all functions as well as engage directly with SVP and C-Suite clients to help the business identify, attract and hire top quality executives that will meaningfully drive positive business outcomes. You will partner closely with executives, HRBPs, and recruiters from across the business to deliver the world’s best talent with the highest quality customer and candidate service. You are comfortable with simultaneously managing multiple searches across functions, and supporting multiple leaders to attract and hire top talent.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

In-depth understanding of the recruiting lifecycle; from planning, through engagement, selection and onboarding

Comfortable with simultaneously managing multiple searches

Has a data driven mindset and understand the importance of operational excellence

Desired:

Track record of relationship building and management with stakeholders such as compensation and HRBPs

A successful tenure in an Executive Search firm


Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll:

Own end-to-end Sr. Director, VP and SVP searches across all functions

Take the lead on partnering with business leaders to build and execute a holistic talent attraction strategy

Ensure a flawless candidate experience and always maintain operational excellence

Partner with business leaders to develop, prioritize, and deliver on comprehensive workforce plans and hiring strategies

Work closely and well with other Executive Recruiters, talent researchers and talent guide on the team

Whether it’s finding a candidate’s dream job or counseling a leader on the best course of action, seek to understand the customer’s perspective and needs and place those needs first

Build strong relationships across all functions and customers (FP&A, HR, Total Rewards, and with candidates) that will create great outcomes

Proactively identify and solve problems that hinder optimal search service delivery
