Dataset & Delivery Quality Assurance (QA)
- Review supplier samples and delivered datasets to ensure adherence to technical, metadata, aesthetic, and formatting guidelines.
- Communicate with partners to resolve content issues or request replacements.
- Perform detailed validation of complex metadata, ensuring accurate file naming, asset counts, and anomaly detection.
- Understand project‑specific metadata structures and develop QA processes accordingly.
Process & Systems Management
- Initiate, organize, and improve processes for digital asset management across pre‑deal and post‑deal stages.
- Organize dataset samples for easy access by internal stakeholders.
- Create tickets to initiate workflows or track requests across internal systems.
- Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth movement of licensed data from delivery through engineering integration.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in content development, digital media production, business development operations, or related fields.
- Ability to work remotely within the Pacific Time Zone.
- Strong attention to detail and comfort owning small but critical operational workflows.
- Knowledge of image, video, audio, and other creative media formats.
- Ability to evaluate the accuracy of metadata, keywords, and tags for media content.
- Proficiency with collaboration and productivity tools such as Slack, Jira, Excel/Sheets (including formulas and pivot tables), and similar platforms.
- Familiarity with creative tools and workflows; light experience with creative software suites is a plus.
- Preferred: Experience automating QA workflows using VBA or scripting tools to streamline validation and reporting tasks.
