Job Title: Machine Operator and Assembler
Summary
Operate conformal coating equipment and support mechanical/electronic assembly in a fast-paced electronics manufacturing environment. Focus on quality, safety, and accurate production tracking
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and run conformal coating machines (automated/manual systems)
- Load/unload PCB assemblies and ensure correct setup
- Apply/remove masking for no-coat areas
- Inspect coated boards using UV light and visual checks
- Identify defects (bubbles, skips, overspray) and perform minor touch-ups
- Refill materials and perform basic equipment cleaning/maintenance
- Complete production and inspection documentation
Assembly Work:
- Build mechanical/electronic assemblies (server racks, control panels)
- Use hand and power tools
- Run and label cables according to specifications
Requirements
- Experience with conformal coating or similar manufacturing equipment
- Ability to read work instructions and basic blueprints
- Comfortable using hand/power tools
- Strong attention to detail and quality inspection
- Ability to stand for full shift and perform hands-on work
- Follow safety, ESD, and PPE standards
Nice to Have
- Electronics or mechanical assembly experience
- Wire/harness or cable routing experience
- Familiarity with 5S or manufacturing environments

Work Environment
Open manufacturing floor; standing, bending, and hands-on work with PCBAs and assemblies. Use of coating equipment, UV tools, and standard shop tools required.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of San Jose, CA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
