Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Vehicle Inventory Specialist to join our team. This entry-level position plays a key role in maintaining vehicle inventory, ensuring cars are clean and presentable, and supporting the overall flow of vehicles within the lot. Pay: $16-$21/hr

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform multi-point inspections on newly arrived vehicles.
• Identify and report mechanical, drivability, and cosmetic issues.
• Move and park vehicles safely within the lot.
• Operate company-owned vehicles on company property.
• Update vehicle status and information using an iPad.
• Take and upload high-quality vehicle photos into the system.
• Clean vehicle interiors and exteriors, including vacuuming.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:

• Must be18 years of age or older.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Basic proficiency with iPads or mobile devices.
• Valid driver’s license (if required by company policy).

Preferred Qualities:

• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.
• Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
• Dependable and punctual.
