Job Description
The HR Generalist is integral to our HR department, supporting various tasks including recruitment, benefits and 401K assistance, workers compensation, and data management in the HRIS system. Additionally, the role involves assisting with onboarding processes. Candidates must bring at least 3 years of HR experience to this collaborative role.
Responsibilities
- Support recruitment processes and initiatives.
- Assist in managing benefits and 401K plans.
- Handle workers compensation tasks.
- Input and manage data within the HRIS system.
- Aid in onboarding new employees.
- Minimum of 3 years of HR experience.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
- Knowledge of workers compensation is desirable.
- Strong administrative and data entry skills.
- Familiarity with HR systems and recruitment processes.
The role is based in an older facility with a family-owned yet growing company culture. The HR team consists of four members, providing a collaborative work environment. The office is open Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM. With 75 employees, the company offers room for development and growth, fostering a good tenure and culture.

This is a Permanent position based out of Santa Barbara, CA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $72800.00 - $72800.00/yr.
