Description
A Fortune 500 company specializing in advancing manufacturing solutions for the semiconductor and display industry is looking for two experienced Solution Architects to lead the design and implementation of scalable, cost-effective, and innovative solutions for a high-impact project in Santa Clara, California. This is a 100% onsite role, ideal for a hands-on architect with a strong background in enterprise systems, cloud technologies, and cross-functional collaboration. The architect will play a pivotal role in aligning technical solutions with business goals, driving system integration, and ensuring delivery excellence.
Responsibilities
-Lead the architecture and design of innovative, cost-effective, and scalable solutions aligned with business goals.
-Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, and engineering teams to define technical requirements and solution blueprints.
-Evaluate and recommend technology stacks, tools, and platforms for enterprise-scale implementations.
-Guide cross-functional teams through the implementation lifecycle, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and project timelines.
-Conduct technical reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and compliance with security and regulatory standards.
-Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the project lifecycle.
-Drive continuous improvement by proposing enhancements to existing systems and contributing to reusable components and best practices.
-Stay current with emerging technologies and trends to inform architectural decisions.
-Support Agile delivery by participating in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and technical prioritization.
-Provide mentorship and leadership to engineering teams and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
-12+ years of experience in software development
-2–3 years in a solution architect or similar technical leadership role
-Proven experience designing and delivering large-scale enterprise solutions
-MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) experience is a plus
-Experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus
-Preferred certifications: TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect
-Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $71.00/hr.
