We are seeking an experienced HVAC Technician with a minimum of 5 years in residential HVAC technology, installation, and repair. The ideal candidate will be professional in presentation and capable of client interaction. Responsibilities include installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems, diagnosing and troubleshooting system issues, and performing system upgrades. Excellent communication skills are needed to explain system issues and repair options to clients. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of services performed and parts used, ensuring compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues and provide effective solutions.
- Perform system upgrades.
- Communicate with clients to explain system issues and repair options.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and controls.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environments.
- Experience in electrical, troubleshooting, and installation in residential settings.
- Field service experience.
- Skills in repair, preventive maintenance, sheet metal, and mechanical work.
- Knowledge of air conditioning, boiler systems, and PLC control.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $72000.00 - $93000.00/yr.
