Project Manager

Overview:

Manage overhead and underground electrical distribution projects, ensuring timely delivery, cost control, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and adjust project work plans.
• Allocate resources and manage schedules, budgets, and client expectations.
• Apply project management best practices and risk mitigation strategies.
• Maintain accurate project documentation.
• Support field crews

Project Accounting:

• Track daily field reports and production data using Excel.
• Monitor labor hours, expenses, and project budgets.
• Manage invoicing, revenue recognition, and receivables.
• Analyze project profitability and performance metrics.

Business Development:

• Identify upsell opportunities within projects.
• Support proposal development and project scoping.
• Represent the company in client communications.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years in construction project management.
• Degree in Engineering or Construction Management preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and data entry.
• Familiarity with scheduling tools (Primavera, Monday.com).
• Knowledge of electric utility construction is a plus.
• PMP certification is a bonus.
• Strong communication, organization, and client management skills.
• Detail-oriented, motivated, and eager to learn.
