🔧 What You’ll Do

• 🛠 Perform complex electro-mechanical assembly from schematics and drawings.
• ⚡ Assemble and test avionics components: PCB assemblies, cable harnesses, integrated modules.
• 🧩 Apply adhesives and bonding techniques with precision.
• 💬 Collaborate with Manufacturing & Quality teams; troubleshoot and resolve build issues.
• ✅ Follow detailed process instructions and strict safety standards.
• 📈 Record and update production data accurately.

✅ What You Bring

• 🔍 Hands-on experience with mechanical PCBA assembly.
• 🔥 Strong soldering skills and cable/harness routing expertise.
• 🛠 Proficiency with hand/power tools (screwdrivers, torque drivers, calipers).
• 💻 Basic computer skills (MacOS or Microsoft).
• 🧠 Problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and proactive attitude.

🌟 Bonus Skills

• 🏗 Experience with electronic potting and composite bonding (carbon fiber, epoxies).
• 💧 Waterproofing and environmental protection techniques.
• 🔩 Enclosure integration and torque-controlled fastening.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of South San Francisco, CA.

The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $33.00/hr.
