Job Title: Quality Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Quality Engineer with a strong experience in quality engineering and electro-mechanical troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating and managing control plans, inspection plans, and possess robust skills in root cause analysis and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions).

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage control and inspection plans to ensure quality standards are met.
• Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve quality issues effectively.
• Implement and oversee CAPA processes to prevent recurrence of quality issues.
• Troubleshoot electro-mechanical assemblies, including PCBA and battery builds, to maintain high-quality standards.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure the quality of materials and components.

Essential Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Proven experience in quality engineering.
• Proficiency in electro-mechanical troubleshooting.
• Strong root cause analysis and CAPA skills.
• Familiarity with electromechanical assemblies, PCBA, and battery builds.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in supplier quality management.
• Knowledge of battery pack builds or electrical troubleshooting.

Work Environment

The role involves working with electromechanical assemblies, requiring hands-on troubleshooting and quality assurance. The position may involve working with suppliers to ensure the quality of components and materials.
