Description
Looking to hire a Full Time Service Plumber. This is a full time position for a service and repair plumbing company. We mostly do commercial / industrial plumbing and some residential. On call rotations are required, and there are lots of opportunities for overtime pay. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of plumbing systems and be capable of performing a variety of tasks related to installation, maintenance, and repair. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings. Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine the layout of plumbing systems. Perform pipe threading and welding tasks as required for various projects. Utilize power tools and hand tools safely and effectively to complete plumbing tasks. Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues or areas needing maintenance. Collaborate with carpenters and other construction professionals during remodeling projects. Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations throughout all work performed. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols. Qualifications Proven experience in construction plumbing or a related field is preferred. Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed for various tasks. Proficient in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. Solder/brazing Familiarity with pipe threading techniques and welding processes is advantageous. Strong basic math skills for measuring and calculating dimensions accurately. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team environment. Valid plumbing license or certification may be required based on local regulations. Backflow, leak detection, plumbing systems, high rise exp (like to have skills/experience) Requirements: On call rotations are required Valid drivers license Journeyman license Benefits: company van provided

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $41.00/hr.
