What You’ll Do
As a key member of our team, you’ll be the friendly face and organized mind behind our client experience. Your day-to-day will include:
- Greeting and assisting clients in person and over the phone
- Supporting the sales and showroom team with administrative tasks
- Handling data entry, filing, and basic invoicing
- Helping clients select materials and guiding them through the order process
- Ensuring a smooth and professional experience from start to finish
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in a customer-facing role (retail, showroom, front desk, etc.)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable using computers and entering data accurately
- A professional, polished demeanor with a team-first attitude
- Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required

Schedule: M-F 7:30-4:30pm, with rotating Saturdays 4hr shifts OT
