In this role, you will define and deliver the roadmap for Walmart+ Early Access & Events, providing members with first dibs on deals, hot items, and special experiences that deepen engagement and loyalty.

The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00 - $286,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 6 years' experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products, We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly. The ideal candidate would have knowledge of accessibility best practices and join us as we continue to create accessible products and services following Walmart's accessibility standards and guidelines for supporting an inclusive culture.

What you'll do...
- Own the strategy and roadmap for Walmart+ Early Access and Events - defining how members experience early access to deals, member only events, and product drops while driving membership growth for new and existing members.
- Broaden the appeal of Walmart+ by launching and scaling high-impact member experiences that build excitement and retention.
- Create and evangelize a clear product vision that aligns stakeholders, leadership, and partner teams across the Walmart ecosystem.
- Lead critical discovery and research efforts to deeply understand member motivations, behaviors, and opportunities for differentiation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, merchandising, and operations to deliver seamless, scalable event experiences.
- Establish go-to-market plans , manage operational risks, and evolve these programs to operate at Walmart scale.
- Measure what matters -defining success metrics and leveraging data, experimentation, and insights to inform decisions and optimize performance.
- Mentor and influence across teams, contributing to the growth of product excellence within Walmart+.

- Background in e-commerce, retail, or membership businesses.
- Proven success working cross-functionally with engineering, business, design, marketing, and analytics teams.
- Experience making data-driven product decisions and defining product strategy
- Solid understanding of top-notch UI/UX design in leading product teams and delivery of beautiful and highly functional experiences
- Have a platform mindset - to build reusable capabilities that automate repeated tasks and process making the execution seamless.
- Highly data-driven approach to making decisions, leveraging various forms of data/insights including A/B testing, cohort analysis, user research
