Job Title: Maintenance Technician – Tracy, CA

We’re seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join a high‑performance manufacturing team in Tracy, California. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced production environment, takes pride in technical craftsmanship, and enjoys solving mechanical and electrical challenges.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on production and facility equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues to minimize downtime
• Repair and rebuild machinery components including motors, pumps, conveyors, and packaging systems
• Document maintenance activities using computerized maintenance systems
• Collaborate with production teams to identify equipment concerns and recommend improvements
• Support installation and commissioning of new equipment as needed
• Follow all safety procedures and standards to maintain a safe working environment

Qualifications

• 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing, packaging, or related fields
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Experience with PLCs, VFDs, and automated systems preferred
• Ability to read technical drawings and schematics
• Proficiency with hand and power tools
• Willingness to work shifts, overtime, and weekends as needed

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tracy, CA.

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $32.00/hr.
