Job Title: Site Superintendent - Remediation/Environmental

Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Site Superintendent with 5–7 years of experience in environmental construction and remediation. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with a strong understanding of technical plans and the ability to manage field operations efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Interpret specification drawings, plans, and technical documents accurately.
• Direct and supervise craft labor and subcontractors on-site.
• Calculate material quantities and perform takeoffs with precision.
• Ensure project execution aligns with safety standards, timelines, and budget.
• Coordinate daily site activities and communicate progress with project managers.
• Monitor compliance with environmental regulations and remediation protocols.

Essential Skills

• 5–7 years of experience in environmental construction or remediation projects.
• Proven ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in quantity takeoffs and field documentation.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• OSHA certification and familiarity with environmental safety standards preferred.

Work Environment

The position requires an in-person interview in Santa Ana office. You will work on-site, managing field operations with a focus on commercial and remediation construction projects.

This is a Permanent position based out of Orange County/San Diego, California.

This is a Permanent position based out of Tustin, CA.

The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $150000.00/yr.
