Job Title: Logistics Specialist
Job Description
The Logistics Specialist is responsible for executing customer vehicle relocation services orders and supporting business operations. This role includes managing customer orders, maintaining communication with staff and independent contractors, and ensuring accurate data tracking in the CRM system.
Responsibilities
- Manage execution of customer orders by coordinating and scheduling pickup and delivery of vehicles while adhering to customer instructions.
- Ensure efficient execution of orders by linking multiple orders and overseeing additional services such as vehicle detailing and registration.
- Maintain timely communication via email, telephone, and CRM with staff, contractors, and contacts, escalating issues as needed.
- Update CRM activities and notes promptly, maintaining accurate data including photo and document uploads.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable laws and regulations.
- Calculate and offer flat fees on orders in manager's absence or as directed.
- Manage storage facility operations, including tracking vehicles in and out and ensuring accurate inventory.
- Review vehicles for damage, document issues, and manage vehicle inventory.
- Move vehicles within the lot, ensuring secure storage and staging for pickup.
- Monitor and manage team dashboard to ensure orders progress smoothly.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
- High School Diploma.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced office environment with multitasking abilities.
- Detail-oriented and capable of managing concurrent projects accurately.
- Advanced computer skills and proficiency in CRM, Microsoft Excel, and data entry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in customer service, inventory, call centers, logistics, and scheduling coordination.
- Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience; inventory experience is a plus.
- Typing speed of at least 37 WPM.
Work Environment
The position operates Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM. The work is conducted on-site in a fast-paced environment, involving coordination with independent contractors and serving as their main point of contact. The company offers growth opportunities and is a women-owned business.
