Join our team as a Dynamic Assembler where you will be responsible for setting up tests, drilling parts using micro-drills and lathes, and accurately logging data to ATP requirements. You will also form conical shapes, lock-wire and torque seal parts, and follow daily dispatch reports. This role requires maintaining accurate parts count, installing internal components, identifying test failures, and suggesting corrective actions.
Responsibilities- Set up and operate micro laser weld machine and drill press.
- Seek and document lean ideas to improve departmental efficiency.
- Maintain all hand tools in clean working condition.
- Notify supervisor of any equipment requiring repair.
- Keep workstation and test equipment clean.
- Properly handle and dispose of chemicals.
- Maintain safety standards and use safety equipment.
- Identify routing discrepancies and notify supervisor.
- Read and understand blueprints.
- Understand basic hydraulic concepts for the function of gauges, flow meters, and assemblies in hydraulic systems.
- Maintain a 100% quality rating and less than 0.1% rejected components.

- Certification in Hydraulic Principles
- 1-2 years related experience and/or training
- Good command of the English language
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and manuals

- Familiarity with ERP/Inventory systems
- Basic Windows/internet browser skills
- Basic Blueprint Reading

Work EnvironmentWork in a dynamic manufacturing environment that can be loud at times. Our team consists of 10-15 members, fostering a collaborative culture. The dress code includes steel-toed shoes, jeans, and a non-offensive top. You will work a 4/10 schedule from 6 am to 4:30 pm.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Valencia, CA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
