Job Title: Quality Engineer

We are seeking a dedicated Quality Engineer to serve as the primary Quality representative on the MRO line, collaborating closely with operations, engineering, and customers to ensure the highest standards of quality are met.

• Lead and support root cause investigations, FRACAS management, corrective actions, and nonconformance management.
• Gather, analyze, and present data to identify trends and risks using proficient Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and filters.
• Ensure issues are resolved quickly and effectively, escalating when necessary and following through to closure.
• Adapt to evolving situations, confidently make decisions, and convey ownership.

• Quality engineering and root cause analysis.
• Experience with AS9100, aerospace inspection practices, and RCCA methodologies such as 8D and 5-Whys.
• Proficiency in Excel at an intermediate to advanced level.
• Ability to communicate effectively across various functions and levels, from technicians to leadership.

• 3+ years of experience in aerospace or defense manufacturing, preferably in an MRO environment.
• J-STD, IPC-610 certifications (current or previous) are a plus.
• Exposure to ERP systems like SAP and Manufacturing Execution Systems such as Siemens MES or Factory Logix.
• Advanced data analysis skills using tools like PowerBI and SQL.
