Provide age appropriate Occupational Therapy care in order to meet the needs of patients with various diagnoses in the acute care setting. Major duties include: patient treatment, completing all documentation requirements accurately and timely. The primary function is patient care, unless otherwise specified. May be required to rotate between clinical areas. Must have the ability to effectively communicate with patients and staff from varied cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds.

Salary Range: $48.52-$63.91 Hourly

Job Qualifications
Qualifications
Required:
  • CA Occupational Therapy license
  • BLS from American Heart Association or American Red Cross
  • Ability to work as a member of the team, including sharing knowledge, giving and receiving feedback, taking initiative to assist others, problem solving and providing an atmosphere conducive to learning.
  • More than 2 years of experience qualifies for OT 2 title
Preferred:
  • At least 1 year of acute care experience
  • Burn and/or wound experience
