Join Life Lab, a cutting-edge clinical laboratory dedicated to supporting clinical trials through advanced molecular testing. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the development of innovative cancer diagnostics and support the evaluation of emerging therapies for oncology patients

Key Responsibilities

A Day in the Life:

• Participate in training for new molecular assays and technologies.
• Conduct laboratory experiments aligned with clinical trial protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to share findings and contribute to data interpretation.

Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences from an accredited institution required.
• Master’s degree in Molecular Biology or related field preferred.

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on laboratory experience in molecular diagnostics.
• Proficiency in a wide range of molecular biology techniques.
• Experience with complex data analysis and interpretation.
• Hands-on experience with next-generation sequencing (NGS) required; familiarity with Ion Torrent technology strongly preferred.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Skilled in using computer systems for data entry, analysis, and instrument operation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex analytical challenges.
• Deep understanding of good laboratory practices and regulatory compliance standards.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

• May work with infectious agents and hazardous chemicals.
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Capable of lifting up to 40 lbs and performing fine hand manipulations.
• Visual and auditory acuity required for equipment operation and analysis.
• Work is primarily laboratory-based with occasional office tasks including documentation and SOP development.
