Position Summary

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator supports the recruitment process from job posting through onboarding, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for candidates and hiring teams. This role is ideal for early-career professionals who are organized, adaptable, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Candidate Support

  • Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Monitor dashboards for new requisitions and track their approval status.
  • Create and manage job requisitions in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Disposition candidates for closed requisitions and ensure accurate system updates.
  • Review reports to close out requisitions filled internally.
  • Support bulk hiring initiatives across departments.
  • Respond to ad hoc requests and provide general administrative support.

Onboarding & Compliance

  • Prepare offer letters and coordinate Hiring criteria check processes.
  • Ensure completion of all required employment documentation.
  • Coordinate new hire orientation and pre-boarding activities.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and employment regulations.

Systems & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS platforms (e.g., iCIMS, Ultipro).
  • Monitor internal recruitment inboxes for candidate documentation and eligibility.
  • Assist in tracking and reporting recruitment metrics and KPIs.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
  • Experience: Prior experience in a recruiting or HR support role is a plus.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Familiarity with ATS platforms (e.g., iCIMS, Ultipro)
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
    • Strong data entry, reporting, and auditing skills
