Schedule: Mon–Fri, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM

About the Job

Great opportunity for someone with at least 1 year of general labor experience—whether from landscaping, commercial construction, demolition, warehouse, or similar hands-on work—who is ready to transition into the commercial construction trades. You'll start as a laborer and be trained toward becoming a carpenter over time.

We aim to keep projects within 30 minutes of your home whenever possible.

What You’ll Do

• Basic site clean-up
• Sweeping and debris removal
• Moving and staging construction materials
• Assisting carpenters and site crew
• Using hand tools as needed
• Helping maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site

Who We’re Looking For

• 1+ year of experience in general labor (landscaping, construction, warehouse, demo, etc.)
• Reliable, motivated, and eager to learn a trade
• Shows up every day ready to work hard
• Can take direction and work well with a team
• Comfortable working on active construction sites
• Able to lift/move materials and work on your feet throughout the day

This is a Contract position based out of Aurora, CO.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.
