Order Management Specialist
Location: Loveland, CO, 80538 (On-site)
Pay Rate: $22/hour (paid weekly)
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week within hours of operation
Hours of Operation: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM MST

Job Description
Join our dynamic team as an Order Management Specialist and become the first point of contact for our valued customers. In this role, you'll ensure a seamless customer experience while supporting our growing business through efficient order processing and exceptional customer service.
Primary Responsibilities
Order Processing & Management
- Process customer orders through multiple channels (phone, email, online)
- Provide prompt and accurate responses to order and tracking inquiries
- Check and release various order holds to ensure smooth processing and delivery
- Input customer orders and transactions into company databases with precision
Customer Support Excellence
- Support customers via telephone, online chat, and email
- Assist with order entry and provide real-time status updates
- Answer pre-sale specification queries and product information requests
- Provide accurate information on pricing, shipping, product availability, and terms
Sales Support
- Identify potential sales opportunities during customer interactions
- Enter qualified leads into system for sales team follow-up
- Contribute to revenue growth through proactive customer engagement
Training & Development
Comprehensive Onboarding Program:
- 6-day initial classroom training covering systems, policies, and order processing
- 6-8 weeks of email-focused training for system familiarity
- Additional phone support training after initial period
- Ongoing coaching and development opportunities
Growth Opportunities:
- Advancement within Customer Service department (up to $30/hour)
- Cross-department opportunities in Technology, Marketing, Credit, and more

Required Qualifications
- 1-2+ years of recent customer service experience
- High school diploma or GED (verification required)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong critical thinking and multitasking abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Coachable attitude and willingness to learn
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree
- Experience with Salesforce and Oracle systems
- Bilingual capabilities (Spanish or French)
- Gaming or computer hobbyist experience
- Technical retail experience (Best Buy Geek Squad or similar)
