Job Description
Candidates will be responsible for troubleshooting, programming, and inspecting Surface Mount Technology (SMT) machines. This role may require soldering on a printed circuit board (PCB) under a microscope.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, program, and inspect SMT machines.
- Perform soldering on PCBs while utilizing a microscope.
- Engage in automated optical inspection (AOI) processes.
- Assist in the assembly of circuit boards and PCBA components.
Essential Skills
- Experience with SMT machines, specifically Samsung or Hanwha.
- Proficiency in AOI operating and programming.
- IPC-610 certification.
- Experience in SMT and through-hole soldering, rework, or repair.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with automated optical inspection (AOI).
- Hands-on experience with PCB or PCBA assembly.
- Familiarity with soldering on PCBs.
