Collections Specialist (Hybrid After Training)

📣 We’re Hiring: Collections Specialist – Hybrid | $21.54/hr | Broomfield, CO 80021

Join a growing team that’s making a real impact! We’re looking for a Collections Specialist to support our Member Solutions department during a high-demand period.

🔍 What You’ll Do

• Handle inbound/outbound calls for delinquent accounts (overdrafts, credit cards, loans, etc.)
• Assist members with payment plans and recovery solutions
• Communicate via phone and email to resolve overdrafts

✅ What You Bring

Must Have:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ year of collections experience (preferably in a financial institution)
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail

💼 Why You’ll Love It

• Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8 AM–5 PM + 1 Saturday/quarter (8 AM–1 PM)
• Hybrid: 3 days in-office, 2 remote (after 45–90 days onsite)
