Kitter – 1st Shift (Aerospace/Defense Manufacturing)

Location: Onsite | New Production Facility

Pay: $24.00–$26.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM or 8:00 AM start | 3:00 PM or 4:00 PM end

About the Role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and technically proficient Kitter to support production operations for leading Aerospace and Defense programs. This role requires strong ERP experience, solid Excel proficiency, and comfort working in fast-paced, process‑driven environments. You will assemble kits, manage digital inventory, assist with shipping and receiving, and ensure data accuracy across multiple systems.

What You’ll Do

• Pick components and assemble kits according to detailed work orders
• Maintain accurate inventory using ERP systems and digital tools
• Use Excel/spreadsheets to track counts, update data, and manage shortages
• Complete shipping and receiving documentation and system updates
• Communicate promptly and professionally via email
• Follow established processes, documentation standards, and safety protocols
• Rotate across kitting, inventory, and receiving functions to build cross‑functional capability

What You Bring

• Strong ERP system experience with accurate, efficient data entry
• Excel proficiency (comfortable with spreadsheet tracking and data organization)
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, process‑driven environment
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Clear written communication and timely email responsiveness
• Ability to lift and move materials throughout the shift
• Familiarity with warehouse operations and digital inventory control

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in kitting, packaging, or material handling
• Warehouse picking, packing, or inspection
• Strong general computer skills and willingness to learn new systems

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Centennial, CO.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
