Wire Harness Cable Assembler – Centennial, CO

$28–$32/hr (DOE) | Mon–Fri, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

We’re hiring an experienced Wire Harness Cable Assembler to join our growing team in Centennial, Colorado. If you’re detail‑oriented, skilled with complex harness builds, and knowledgeable in IPC‑620 / Mil‑Spec standards, this is a great opportunity to join a fast‑moving manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Do

• Review and verify traveler documentation (PNs, revisions, quantities)
• Inspect all materials for defects prior to use
• Perform advanced cable prep: cutting, de‑jacketing, stripping, multi‑conductor prep
• Complete connector loading, soldering, heat‑shrink, labeling, and potting
• Assemble wire harnesses using detailed assembly boards and drawings
• Operate stripping machines and manual tools with high precision
• Sign off on all traveler steps as processes are completed
• Ensure all assemblies and materials are properly identified and protected
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Follow all manufacturing, quality, and safety procedures
• Report hazards or incidents immediately
• Support continuous improvement and training initiatives
• Perform other duties as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Ability to read/interpret detailed instructions, prints, and manufacturing documents
• Advanced understanding of IPC‑620 / Mil‑Spec workmanship standards
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and consistency
• Preferred certifications: IPC‑620, IPC‑610, J‑STD‑001

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Centennial, CO.

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $35.00/hr.
