As a Senior Property Custodian, you will be responsible for the oversight, accountability, and lifecycle management of government-furnished property (GFP) and contractor acquired property (CAP) used to support infrastructure modernization efforts. This senior-level role ensures all materials, tools, and equipment are properly received, tracked, issued, and disposed of. This position leads property control processes across multiple project sites, maintaining accurate inventory, supporting audits, and ensuring compliance with applicable agency-specific property management guidelines.
Position may be located at Cheyenne Mountain SFS, Peterson SFB, and/or Schriever SFB.
This position is contingent upon successful contract award to V2X.

Responsibilities
Major Job Activities:
- Senior role located on site to accept and inventory equipment deliveries.
- Oversee all property acquisition, asset tagging, and data entry / reconciliation in customer and program asset management systems.
- Coordinate with customer IT asset manager for consistency in asset recordation and reporting.
- For GFP, uses the currently approved USG DPAS database for custody.
- Ensures all equipment and related software licenses / subscriptions and maintenance agreements are registered with the OEM and ownership transferred to the USG with product support for hardware replacement, software upgrades and patching, licensing, and telephonic technical support, beginning upon transfer of ownership to the USG.
Proficient with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio).

Qualifications
Education / Certifications:
- Technical BA / BS Degree; Or
- High School Diploma or Associate Degree.
- 7 years with BA / BS Degree.
- Minimum of 10 years performing as a Logistician or Property Manager on large, complex program / projects with High School Diploma or Associate Degree.
- This position requires an active Department of Defense (DoD) Secret (Tier 3) level clearance.
- Experience supporting DoD projects, specifically network modernization projects.
- Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
