General Laborer

Job Description

We are seeking a hardworking and reliable General Laborer to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the operator to support concrete grinding and cutting operations. You will operate specialized slurry vacuum equipment designed to handle heavy, abrasive liquid-solid mixtures and assist with general labor tasks essential to daily operations.

This is a hands-on, physically demanding role suited for individuals who enjoy working in active construction environments.

Responsibilities

• Operate and manage specialized slurry vacuum equipment.
• Assist with concrete grinding and cutting tasks.
• Perform general labor duties: handing out tools, stringing cords and hoses, and using wheelbarrows and shovels.
• Pull up concrete and complete various construction-related tasks.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe worksite.

Essential Skills

• Experience with heavy manual labor or construction work.
• Proficiency using hand and power tools.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including heavy lifting.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Prior experience in general labor, construction, or production environments.
• Familiarity with concrete work, carpentry, mechanical, or electrical tasks.
• Ability to support inventory, installation, and clean-up duties.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Colorado Springs, CO.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
