As a Machine Operator, you will set up and operate a variety of automatic or semi-automatic manufacturing machines, including robotic assembly equipment used in the production of semiconductor products. Come work for a company with huge growth potential, and opportunities for career advancement!

Shift & Pay: 

($1 pay increase after 4 months)

2nd Shift: 7:00PM – 7:00AM Monday – Thursday (compressed workweek schedule):

$23/hr

Key Responsibilities

• Operate semiconductor manufacturing equipment according to established procedures
• Perform machine setups, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting
• Monitor production processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Conduct quality inspections using microscopes, measurement tools, and inspection guidelines
• Maintain accurate production and equipment logs
• Follow safety protocols and cleanroom procedures
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to meet daily goals
• Assist with preventive maintenance and equipment cleaning

Qualifications

• Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred (semiconductor experience is a plus)
• Ability to follow detailed written instructions and process documentation
• Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment (PPE required)
• Basic mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to lift up to 30–50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• High school diploma or GED required

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

• Experience with photolithography, etching, wafer handling, or microelectronics manufacturing
• Familiarity with SPC (Statistical Process Control)

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Colorado Springs, CO.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.00/hr.
