Civil Estimator

Job Description:

We are seeking an Estimator with strong experience in civil construction, specifically in utility and earthwork projects. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years of estimating experience, with proven proficiency in takeoff software and Bid2Win.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in civil construction estimating
• Strong knowledge of utility and earthwork scopes
• Proficiency with takeoff software, including ground rules
• Experience with Bid2Win is required
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Ability to read blueprints and prioritize tasks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Publisher)

Work Environment:

The company has a team of about 26 people, including one other Estimator. They have a tight-knit company culture, often engaging in social activities outside of work. It is a veteran-owned and operated business. The position requires working in the office 5 days a week, with expected work hours ranging from 50-60 hours per week.
