Hiring Skilled Forklift Operators – 12‑Week Project

Join a High‑Performance Operations Team

We’re seeking experienced Forklift Operators to support a fast‑paced manufacturing facility during a 12‑week project. This role plays a key part in reducing production bottlenecks and keeping materials moving efficiently across the operation. Multiple shifts are available with competitive hourly pay.

Shift Opportunities & Pay Rates

1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM

• 4 Operators Needed

• $35.65/hour

2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

• 3 Operators Needed

• $35.65/hour

3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

• 3 Operators Needed

• $37.15/hour

What You’ll Be Doing

• Safely operate forklifts with a strong focus on productivity and accuracy
• Load and unload trailers while preventing product damage
• Use RF scanners, paperwork, and digital systems to verify quality clearance
• Inspect incoming materials for defects or damage
• Transport finished goods from packing areas to warehouse locations
• Maintain proper inventory rotation using FIFO procedures
• Complete and document daily forklift safety inspections
• Assist with mixed pallets and case‑picking as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Valid forklift certification
• 1–3+ years of forklift operating experience
• Hands‑on experience loading and unloading trailers
• Proficiency with RF scanners, iPads, and Labor Management Systems (LMS)
• Ability to thrive in a high‑volume, fast‑moving environment

Bonus Experience

• Person‑back forklift systems or slip‑sheet attachments
• GMP certification or food & beverage manufacturing experience
• Military, material handling, or warehouse background
• Sit‑down or stand‑up forklift experience
• High School Diploma or GED

This is a Contract position based out of Denver, CO.

The pay range for this position is $35.65 - $37.15/hr.
