Job Description
As a Carpenter Foreman, you will be responsible for supervising laborers and carpenters on commercial projects. You will work primarily in clean room environments or on light commercial projects, ensuring the highest standards of craftsmanship and safety.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead teams of laborers and carpenters on-site.
- Manage day-to-day operations on commercial construction projects.
- Install temporary containment as required for project specifications.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a foreman on commercial construction projects.
- Proven experience in leading and managing teams of laborers and carpenters.
- Strong skills in construction and carpentry.
- Previous healthcare construction experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to use ACC software or willingness to learn.

Work Environment
The work is primarily conducted in commercial projects, with 70% of the work being hospital projects in unoccupied settings. You will work in environments that require precision and cleanliness, ensuring the safety and quality of the projects.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Denver, CO.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
