Construction Project Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support healthcare construction projects for a well‑established general contractor. This role will lead projects from preconstruction through final closeout, working closely with Superintendents, owners, architects, engineers, and trade partners. Project Managers typically oversee work across an entire healthcare campus rather than juggling an excessive number of individual jobs, allowing for a more thoughtful and hands‑on approach to project delivery. Project sizes generally range from $100K to $3M, with a focus on end‑to‑end project ownership.

Work Environment: This role is based in north Denver metro area with projects located primarily throughout the Denver metro area. Typical work hours are 40–45 hours per week, with schedules of either 7:00 AM–3:30 PM or 6:00 AM–2:30 PM.

Responsibilities:

• Manage construction projects from preconstruction through final closeout
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
• Coordinate closely with Superintendents, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and owners
• Manage work across active healthcare campuses and occupied facilities
• Represent the company professionally on‑site and in all client interactions
• Maintain strong documentation, clear communication, and consistent follow‑through
• Support problem‑solving and decision‑making throughout all phases of construction

Qualifications:

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field
• Commercial construction experience, including healthcare or complex projects
• Proven experience managing projects end‑to‑end, from preconstruction through closeout

This is a Permanent position based out of Denver, CO.

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $110000.00/yr.
