Join Our Team as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative!


Start Date: June 9th

Pay Rate: $20-21/hr (paid weekly)

Location: Denver, CO, 80238

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8 am to 5 pm and Saturday 9 am to 3 pm (Work 5 days, 40 hours/week)


About the Role:

Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service? Do you thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our company, assisting walk-in customers at the slab will-call desk, answering incoming phone calls, and responding to questions via email and fax. You will also handle data entry for tile orders using our internal system and Excel, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.


What You'll Do:

  • Provide top-notch customer service to walk-in customers, over the phone, and via email/fax.
  • Handle data entry for tile orders using our internal system and Excel.
  • Collaborate closely with showroom, warehouse, and order desk personnel.
  • Serve as a direct contact for customers, offering sales support and ensuring a seamless buying experience.
  • Deliver the best possible product delivery and after-sales service.

What We're Looking For:

  • Customer Service Experience: Face-to-face customer service experience, whether in retail or admin roles.
  • Bilingual Skills: Spanish speaking required.
  • Education: High school diploma or GED.
  • Computer Skills: Basic Excel skills and experience entering data into existing spreadsheets.
  • Preferred Experience: Prior work experience with tile or construction materials is a plus, but not required.
