Pay & Schedule
- 1st Shift: 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. (Monday–Friday) | $21.00/hr
- 2nd Shift: 2:00 p.m. – 10:30 p.m. (Monday–Friday) | $21.50/hr
- 3rd Shift: 10:00 p.m. – 6:30 a.m. (Sunday–Thursday) | $22.00/hr
Job Summary
Production Machine Operators support the full manufacturing process of stainless steel band clamps. This position involves operating production equipment, performing basic mechanical adjustments, completing quality inspections, and packaging finished products in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate production machinery (up to two machines after training)
- Load materials and maintain continuous machine operation
- Perform routine quality inspections
- Make minor mechanical adjustments as needed
- Monitor equipment and report issues promptly
- Count, box, and label finished products
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
Requirements
- 6+ months of machine operation experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a noisy environment
- Strong attention to detail and dependability
- Ability to work independently after training
Work Environment
- Clean, organized, high‑volume manufacturing facility
- Steel‑toe footwear required
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of DENVER, CO.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.50 - $21.50/hr.
