2-4 years of experience of a mix of helpdesk and desktop.
- AD password resets
- Physical computer moves/hardware troubleshooting
- O365 troubleshooting
- break/fix
- A/V support
- Windows 10 support
- working off a ticketing system
- experience with network/server troubleshooting and diagnostics
- Remote support
- Webconferencing support and troubleshooting (they use Teams and Skype)
