We are looking for a Desktop Support Technician with hands-on experience with Intune, Autopilot, and Windows 10/11 deployment and management. This opportunity will be in the downtown Denver area.
Location: Downtown Denver, Onsite, 4 days per week (Monday-Thursday)
Responsibilities:
• Primary focus will be on supporting Intune/Autopilot setup, refresh, and integration with Win 11 deployment Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to end-users, handling a variety of issues such as broken mice, software installations, and troubleshooting Windows 10/11
• Primary focus will be on supporting Intune/Autopilot setup, refresh, and integration with Win 11 deployment
• Manage ticket queues, SNOW ticketing systems, and prioritize tasks in a "controlled chaos" environment following ITIL process.
• Experience with packaging and deploying new software, managing licensing, and ensuring software updates across a remote workforce
• Familiarity with granting access to specialized applications used by specific teams like Office, Wordpress, AutoCAD, etc.
• Ability to work in a hybrid software deployment model, supporting both self-service and remote installation
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to effectively communicate with end-users
