📍 Onsite in Denver, CO | 💵 $21/hr ( While on Contract) → $25.96/hr (Once converted to direct employee) | 🕒 Monday–Friday shifts starting between 6:45–7:15 AM


Support investors by handling account transactions, troubleshooting online issues, and guiding financial decisions. Ideal for career-minded customer service professionals ready to grow in a fast-paced, phone-based environment.


What You’ll Do:

  • Answer inbound calls and process account requests
  • Help investors navigate online platforms
  • Train toward FINRA licensing (SIE, Series 6 & 63)

What We’re Looking For: 1+ year of call center (or equivalent) and financial experience - not transactional-based, seeking someone who has worked in the gray area with problem-solving.
