Shift: 1st shift, Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM

*Overtime as needed

Pay: $40.00/hr - $55.00/hr depending on experience

Job Description:

As a CNC Programmer specializing in 3-, 4-, and 5-axis mills and lathes, you’ll:

• Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot CNC programs using Esprit, Mastercam, and SolidWorks
• Create efficient toolpaths for intricate geometries and tight tolerances
• Collaborate with machinists, engineers, and QC to refine processes and resolve challenges
• Select tooling, manage tool libraries, and document setups and revisions
• Support machinists with program interpretation, setup, and troubleshooting
• Drive continuous improvement in cycle times, tool life, and part quality

Qualifications:

• Proven experience programming and setting up 3-, 4-, and 5-axis CNC machines
• Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (Esprit, Mastercam, SolidWorks)
• Deep understanding of machining processes and CNC code
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Team-oriented mindset with cross-functional collaboration experience
• CMM experience is a plus*
• Familiarity with diverse materials: aluminum, stainless, carbon steel, bronze, titanium

The pay range for this position is $83200.00 - $114400.00/yr.
