Hiring Industrial Painter/Sprayers in Englewood, CO

We’re looking for a Sprayer Operator who can deliver high‑quality coated products while maintaining a safe, efficient, and well‑organized workspace. You’ll work with advanced spray equipment, urethane coatings, and a variety of materials to help bring creative and structural projects to life.

Pay: $23.00/hr

Shift: 1st shift, Monday-Friday

Job Description:

• Produce smooth, defect‑free coated products that are ready for paint.
• Operate, maintain, and service high‑pressure spray proportioning equipment.
• Apply urethane coatings to EPS, fiberglass, and foamed sculptures.
• Use high‑pressure spray systems to apply protective and decorative basecoat products.
• Clean, maintain, and operate spray guns, mixers, rotisseries, paint booths, and related tools.
• Safely mount materials on rotisseries to ensure secure rotation during coating.
• Track labor hours and material usage with accurate documentation.
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Support additional painting and coating maintenance tasks as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency with spray guns, coating techniques, and finishing operations.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and push/pull heavy materials.
• Knowledge of tools and equipment used in spray coating applications.
• Familiarity with safety practices related to coating, mixing, and PPE use.
• Understanding of proper storage methods for materials, tools, and supplies.

This is a Contract position based out of Englewood, CO.

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
