Construction Laborer / Exterior Panel Installer
Commercial Construction | Immediate Start
We’re hiring construction laborers who can start next week on a 45‑day project in Cheyenne, WY, with the next project in Fort Collins, CO. Opportunity to stay on long‑term.
Schedule
- Monday – Thursday (occasional Fridays)
- 1st Shift
- 40 hours/week
What You’ll Do
- Install and handle exterior metal & architectural wall panels
- Measure materials (must read a tape measure)
- Work at heights using lifts and scaffolding
- Load/unload materials and assist with cleanup
- Follow all site safety and OSHA rules
Requirements (Must Have)
- 1+ year commercial construction experience
- Comfortable working at heights (required)
- Able to work 100% outdoors
- Physically able to lift and handle materials
⚠️ If you’re afraid of heights, this role is not a good fit.
Preferred (Not Required)
- Metal or ACM panel installation
- Lift experience (scissor / boom)
- OSHA 10 or 30
Tools

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fort Collins, CO.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $27.00/hr.
