Construction Laborer / Exterior Panel Installer
Commercial Construction
Schedule: Monday - Friday | First Shift | 40 Hours per week
We are hiring reliable construction laborers to support the installation of exterior metal and architectural wall panels on commercial buildings. This is a hands-on, physical role working 100% outdoors and at heights.
✅ First project is in Cheyenne, WY (approximately 2 months)
✅ After Cheyenne, you’ll continue on projects across Northern Colorado
If you can read a tape measure, work hard outside in all conditions, and you’re comfortable working off lifts and scaffolding, we want to talk to you.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Install, move, and secure exterior metal and architectural wall panels
- Measure, handle, and position materials accurately
- Work at heights using:
- Boom lifts
- Scissor lifts
- Swing stages
- Scaffolding
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
- Assist with site prep, material staging, and daily cleanup
- Follow all OSHA and site safety requirements at all times
This Job Is NOT for Everyone
You must be able to:
- ✅ Work 100% outdoors in all weather conditions
- ✅ Lift, hold, and maneuver metal panels
- ✅ Work comfortably at heights (this is not optional)
- ✅ Travel for work (starting in Cheyenne, WY)
If heights, outdoor work, or physical labor are deal‑breakers, this role will not be a good fit.
Required Skills & Experience
- Ability to read a tape measure
- Experience using hand and power tools
- At least 1 year of commercial construction experience
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to follow instructions
- Comfortable working as part of a crew
Preferred (Not Required) Experience
- Experience with:
- Metal panel or ACM panel installation
- Metal stud framing
- Sheet metal cutting
- Waterproofing, caulking, or siding
- Experience operating:
- Scissor lifts
- Boom lifts
- Forklifts
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fort Collins, CO.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $27.00/hr.
