Job Description
Engage in high-mix electro-mechanical assembly at the component level within an ISO 7 (Class 10K) cleanroom environment. This role involves light setup, operation, and troubleshooting of production equipment and tooling, including hand soldering, pick and place of micro-electronics, wire bonders, test stands, reflow and convection ovens, CT scanning, and optical scope usage. Utilize MRP software and productivity reporting metrics in a workstation/production line along semi-routine manufacturing processes.
Primary Job Responsibilities
- Perform electro-mechanical assembly in a cleanroom environment.
- Set up, operate, and troubleshoot production equipment and tooling.
- Conduct hand soldering and pick and place of micro-electronics.
- Operate wire bonders, test stands, reflow and convection ovens.
- Utilize CT scanning and optical scopes for assembly tasks.
- Use MRP software and productivity reporting metrics.
- Work on a semi-routine manufacturing line.
Essential Skills
- Experience in mechanical assembly within a cleanroom.
- Competence in light setup, operation, and troubleshooting of production equipment.
- Experience with hand soldering and working under a microscope.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Mechanically inclined.
- Soldering experience is highly advantageous.
- Experience with power tools, inspection, and reading schematics.

Work Environment
Work in an ISO 7 (Class 10K) cleanroom environment. Training will be conducted on the first shift from 7am-3:30pm, Monday through Friday, for 9 months. Following training, transition to the second shift, working Monday-Friday from 3:30pm-11:30pm. Interviews will be conducted onsite, providing an opportunity to see the cleanroom firsthand.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fort Collins, CO.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr.
