As a Data Entry Associate, you will be responsible for entering calibration and compliance results into SAP software, verifying parts and tools against inspection results, and managing certificates of conformance. You will ensure equipment is properly identified and update calibration due date stickers as needed. Attention to detail is crucial as you will notice minute inconsistencies on certificates.
Responsibilities- Receive and enter calibration and compliance results into SAP software.
- Verify parts and tools against inspection results.
- Review, download, and upload certificates of conformance into SAP.
- Properly identify equipment and update calibration due date stickers when required.
- Notice and address minute inconsistencies on certificates.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of SAP and/or Indy Soft.
- 6+ months of experience in data entry within a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of AS9100 and ISO17025 requirements.
- Ability to interpret and follow work instructions and procedures.
- Assist personnel with questions on tool location and availability.
- Ability to reach out for support to the appropriate personnel.
- Ability to identify and communicate out-of-tolerance conditions per the calibration procedure.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Fort Collins, CO.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
