Seeking Aviation Assemblers in Fort Collins, CO – Entry Level

1st Shift: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM | $19–$20/hr (DOE)

2nd Shift: Monday–Friday | 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM | $20.90–$22/hr (DOE)

Position Summary

As an Assembler and Test Technician you will assemble, test, and inspect aerospace components with precision. You’ll follow standardized work instructions, use various tools, complete quality documentation, and actively support production goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble, test, and inspect small parts and finished units
• Operate hand and power tools to fit, align, adjust, and secure components
• Follow detailed work instructions and complete required quality documentation
• Clean, prepare, and maintain parts, tools, and workstations
• Collaborate with team members to meet production and quality targets
• Santa Clarita site only: Sort parts, perform final assembly, and mount units for testing

Required Skills & Experience

• Mechanical or electrical assembly experience preferred
• Familiarity with automated testing processes
• Proficiency with hand and power tools
• Blueprint reading is a plus
• Strong manual dexterity, attention to detail, and commitment to quality

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fort Collins, CO.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00/hr.
