Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer (Product R&D)

Job Description

Our Client is seeking a talented Manufacturing Engineer to join our growing dynamic team and play a key role in driving innovation through new product introduction and process development for equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and be accountable for projects and drive results.
• Expierence collaborating with engineering and non technical teams.
• Provide technical direction and leadership across site/regions to drive/lead best practices and continuous improvement projects, stay abreast of new technology, and develop innovative solutions.
• Lead technician and hands on teams through work instructions.
• Understand manufacturing and test equipment concepts, technologies, and techniques and apply them to improve quality and efficiency.
• Carry out process improvement and problem resolution projects.
• Perform research, design, and development of manufacturing processes including production flow, assembly methods, and production equipment, partnering with manufacturing teams.
• Support the manufacturing launch of new/revised products, including establishing goals, training team members, and evaluating results.

Essential Skills

• 6+ years of design for manufacturing experience
• Experience with CNC Machining or metals
• Understanding of work instructions
