Assembly Technician – Medical Device Manufacturing | Longmont, CO
Build products that save lives in a clean, high-tech environment
We’re looking for detail-oriented Assembly Technicians to join our growing medical device manufacturing team in Longmont, CO. In this role, you’ll help produce critical components that make a real difference in patient care—all within a cleanroom setting designed for precision and quality.
Schedule:
- Monday – Thursday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Enjoy a consistent weekday shift and long weekends every week with our 4x10 schedule.
Pay:
- $20–$24/hour (Based on experience)
- Weekly pay
Main Job Responsibilities:
- Assemble medical devices with accuracy and care
- Perform visual inspections and quality checks on components and finished products
- Use microscopes and precision tools for detailed assembly work
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with GMP standards
- Prepare and package products for shipment
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in medical device assembly, electronics, or pharmaceutical production preferred
- Comfortable working in a regulated cleanroom environment
- Skilled in fine motor tasks and microscope use
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures
- Team-oriented and eager to learn

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Longmont, CO.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $24.00/hr.
