Assembly Technician – Medical Device Manufacturing | Longmont, CO

We’re looking for detail-oriented Assembly Technicians to join our growing medical device manufacturing team in Longmont, CO. In this role, you’ll help produce critical components that make a real difference in patient care—all within a cleanroom setting designed for precision and quality.

Schedule:

• Monday – Thursday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Enjoy a consistent weekday shift and long weekends every week with our 4x10 schedule.

Pay:

• $20–$24/hour (Based on experience)
• Weekly pay

Main Job Responsibilities:

• Assemble medical devices with accuracy and care
• Perform visual inspections and quality checks on components and finished products
• Use microscopes and precision tools for detailed assembly work
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with GMP standards
• Prepare and package products for shipment

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in medical device assembly, electronics, or pharmaceutical production preferred
• Comfortable working in a regulated cleanroom environment
• Skilled in fine motor tasks and microscope use
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures
• Team-oriented and eager to learn

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Longmont, CO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $24.00/hr.
