Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic

Schedule & Pay: 2-2-3 night shift (6:00 PM – 6:30 AM), $42.18/hr (including shift differential)

Overview:

Seeking an experienced Maintenance Mechanic to perform preventative and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment in a manufacturing environment. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, adherence to safety standards, and the ability to work from blueprints and technical documents.

Responsibilities:

• Perform equipment changeovers, sanitation, and preventative maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and packaging systems.
• Maintain accurate logs for regulatory compliance (OSHA/EPA).
• Support GMP and food safety requirements.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of mechanical maintenance experience in manufacturing (or 2+ years in food manufacturing).
• Ability to read and follow blueprints, SOPs, and GMP standards.
• Strong safety mindset and troubleshooting skills.

This is a Permanent position based out of LONGMONT, CO.

The pay range for this position is $87360.00 - $87360.00/yr.
